Komplete 12 Torrent Windows
IND 23 December 2018 23.84 GBAn excellent collection of tools for any music production task. I have a bit of noob question, i have legit komplete 11 installed on my machine which is all good despite the version of kontact not allowing me to play the majority of kontact packs that get shared around:( so if i delete my legit version and install this instead will that mean i may possibly be able to get around using kontact packs that i didnt purchase legitimately?

Like i said, its a noobish question as im no expert with this kind of thing;) any information greatly appreciated.i have a vague recollection of somebody once saying that all the cracked kontact librarys are only good to use on a cracked version of kontact 5? Not sure if that is true? When i have tried to install kontact packs from here in the past and use them with my legitimate version on kontact installed on a mac it wont allow me to use them so i just gave up trying. Maybe there was something i was overlooking that would have allowed me to get past it? But it just became too frustrating eventually and i gave up, i still have a lot of the librarys on my computer but i cant access them unless i register them and naturually i dont have working serials for them so that wont be happening anytime soon unfortunately. On a Windows pc the Portable version would be an easy solution. One could say that on mac you can't run a legit and a k'ed Kontakt in the same environment.

However, that's not true. Based on the installation process of the k'ed version. You install the legit Kontakt, then substitute the app and plugins with the k'ed version. It means if you have a legit Kontakt and place a k'ed plugin in a folder that your DAW is configured to locate exclusively (if your DAW doesn't scan the whole system at start), you can have both but what's the point doing it?You would see those unregistered libraries in your legit version as well, without the ability to load them and probably you should block it to call home via internet. Now, Kontakt 5 and Kontakt 6 are different products, you can have both installed in the same time, plugins are named differently. However Service Center is common, almost the same situation as above (seeing unregistered libraries in legit version as well), except you can have both plugin versions in your DAW running next to each other. So, if you have a legit Kontakt 6, you can put the Kontakt 5.6.0 app to add the other libraries and a vst or AU plugin of Kontakt 5.8.1 to run them.Or vice versa. Not a perfect solution though. On my Mac I have a legit Komplete 11 Ultimate, that has its own Kontakt app and plugs.
In another directory in the same Native Instruments directory, I have a k's Kontakt 5.6.0, and a k'd Kontakt 6.0.2. So, Native Access 'sees'the legit Kontakt, and can update or whatever, all it wants. Doesn't affect me at all.

I renamed my k'd versions: Kontakt56.app and Kontakt6.app, just to keep it straight, and renamed my Kontakt 6.0.2 audio unit, KontaktK. In Logic and Pro Tools I simply disable the Kontakt aax and audio units and enable the k'd versions. Runs like a charm, and as is obvious, I add my new libs with 5.6 and run them, everywhere, with 6.0.2.My latest serious question about all this is: will a Maschine box, or a Komplete keyboard controller, re-check the libraries that are already running fine in K'd Kontakt? And the same for k'd samples and whatnot that I could run on a Maschine 2?
Just wondering. I can grab a Roland A1000 and an MPC Ren (which I'd rather use anyway), and skip the drama, but I wouldn't mind a KK S88 to save a few bucks.
